Before that, Hobart Hurricanes got off to an impressive start, with openers Matthew Short and D’Arcy Short scoring 49 runs in the Powerplay. But after losing momentum due to regular wickets they experienced regular setbacks before Windies ODI captain Shai Hope struck an unbeaten breezy 37 off 22 balls to help Hobart reach 214-5 runs after 20 overs.
