Gujarat Titans Vs Chennai Super Kings Match Scorecard is the ultimate way to find out which team will qualify in the playoff match and win rewards.

Last time these two teams met, CSK prevailed in an exhilarating rain-affected final to equal their record fifth title win and claim it themselves. Ravindra Jadeja made history, hitting six and four off his final two balls against Mohit Sharma to help guide CSK home.

Noor Ahmad will look to take advantage of CSK’s weakness against spin bowling with Gujarat Titans this season and should pose a threat. The young Afghan has impressed in bowling.

Deepak Chahar 2 for 28

Deepak Chahar is one of India’s most promising young bowlers, having received much acclaim and recognition for his performances with the new ball this season. His ability to swing the ball honed at his father’s coaching academy was impressively demonstrated when he scored 69 runs against Bangladesh at Colombo.

He will make an ideal fit in Mumbai and will complement CSK’s fast bowlers perfectly. Recently he had been on the periphery of India squad selection but has shown great form in 2018. At 27-years-old he boasts both first-class and T20 experience but has unfortunately been plagued with injuries over recent seasons.

Still, he remains capable of becoming a top international. He will hope to maintain his good form for the remainder of this season.

CSK won their opener against Bengaluru convincingly and Chahar is looking to build on this performance in Mumbai, his fourth IPL franchise over three years. Chahar played an integral part of CSK for many seasons and will be missed by their many fans; MI purchased Chahar for 9.25 crore at auction; it will be fascinating to see how well he performs alongside Trent Boult and Jasprit Bumrah who should provide MI with a formidable pace attack this season.

Ravindra Jadeja 2 for 6

Ravindra Jadeja finally made a statement with his bat after an underwhelming start to IPL Season 11. The all-rounder hit a three-ball half century, picked up two wickets and completed a run-out to help Chennai Super Kings defeat Royal Challengers Bangalore at M Chinnaswamy Stadium. Jadeja’s impressive showing with both bat and ball avenged last year when he was released as CSK captain following five losses to give way for MS Dhoni to take over.

CSK trailed by 77 runs at halftime but Jadeja rallied the team with three fifties for Chennai, sharing an unbroken stand of 76 runs with Sam Curran who reached his maiden fifty from just 61 balls – that helped pave their way to an easy win and brought an end to KKR’s unbeaten streak of 152 innings without victory.

Chennai’s bowlers managed to limit RCB to just under 200 runs on an unforgiving pitch despite making several fielding errors, thanks to Jasprit Bumrah (2-84) and Ravindra Ashwin (3-34) who shared a seven-wicket partnership but didn’t find enough support from their batsmen early in the innings.

Jadeja moved forward slightly and scooped it over short fine leg for maximum. Mohit Sharma pitched one that was short and wide of off; Dhoni moved forward slightly before pulling it over midwicket for six. That closed out their game against Sunrisers Hyderabad while Delhi Capitals could also have an effect on who finishes in the top four.

Tushar Deshpande 2 for 21

Tushar Deshpande was something of a late bloomer in terms of his cricketing career, only achieving some momentum after well into his 20s. Hailing from Kalyan on the outskirts of Mumbai, Deshpande had spent many seasons doing hard yards for Mumbai without real success or recognition from any quarter. He eventually made his IPL debut for Delhi Capitals but struggled to make an impressionful debut performance with the ball.

CSK took a gamble with him and made him their first impact sub of 2023, when they decided to give him an impact sub role for just five games of Ranji Trophy 2024-25 season. Working hard on his yorkers and death bowling paid dividends as he finished as CSK’s leading wicket-taker with 21 scalps! In 2025 he further improved and played an important part of Mumbai’s Ranji Trophy win campaign claiming 15 wickets while scoring his maiden first class century over five games!

Deshpande made his India T20I debut against Zimbabwe that same year and quickly established himself as a regular member of the national side. Since then, Deshpande has played 36 matches and taken 42 wickets, though his current campaign has been somewhat uneven with only two wickets taken across four games – something which he will look to change against Gujarat.

Matheesha Pathirana 1 for 4

Chennai and Gujarat will undoubtedly produce an exciting contest on Wednesday. Both teams are perennial powers in the league, boasting extensive histories of success. CSK are led by MS Dhoni while Gujarat are led by Shubman Gill; each are formidable opponents that should not be taken lightly.

The match between these teams will take place at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad at 2:00 pm IST on May 10th and you can follow its live scores and betting odds via Sofascore.

Matheesha Pathirana, 21, has made waves in Indian T20 league with his unique bowling action and death over abilities. Additionally, he was part of Sri Lanka’s U-19 squad.

In 2023 IPL, he played a key role in CSK’s title victory by taking 19 wickets at an average of 8.01, serving as an effective death over bowler and setting several new records with his impressive speed delivery bowling.

CSK have retained him before the IPL player auction for an eye-watering sum of Rs 13 crore, the most ever spent to retain an individual ahead of an auction. Dhoni expressed his delight to be back among CSK family and is eager to work alongside him again as captain – feeling lucky for another chance at playing for such an esteemed franchise; adding that they look forward to working closely together.

Shardul Thakur 1 for 4

Shardul Thakur has long been considered an integral member of Indian cricket, having played an essential part in winning both of India’s Asia Cups in 2018 and 2023. After making an impression with white-ball cricket, his white-ball success led to Test cricket being granted as an option by selectors in India.

He has already shown in his relatively brief international career that he is an unstoppable force. His performance against Australia in the World Test Championship final was nothing short of stellar: scoring a half century while also taking two wickets; his 51-run innings on Day 3 saved India after falling far behind during its initial two days of play.

He has also excelled at domestic cricket. A talented bowler who uses pace and variation, with a good outswinger that generates purchase from square hits on the ground. As well, he is an effective batsman capable of playing lower down in an order if necessary.

Recently, he has been an impressive performer for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy tournament. With an outstanding track record and many big scalps taken, he helped Mumbai claim their 41st title by breaking through one of Cheteshwar Pujara’s imprenetrable defenses with an unplayable delivery in 2015/16 final match.

After his outstanding performances in T20s and ODIs, he has established himself as an integral member of India’s team and will look to add further impressive numbers when the Indian T20 League commences next month.
